Freddy's Steakburgers

This particular Freddy's location resided in a gateway corridor and was a mixed use zoning project. Gaining approval from the city required four attempts before we ultimately succeeded due to our determination and careful planning. To gain approval, several additions were necessary like noise canceling and dampening materials and reduced hours of operation. We took special care to ensure the location was pedestrian friendly as well. These additions proved that development projects can serve both the business itself and the community it's located within.
