Caldwell Commons

Northwest Development has had long-term involvement in the Caldwell Commons project. We were responsible for constructing the Grocery Outlet in the shopping center.

Before that project could begin, however, we had to first prove that Caldwell Commons as a whole could be developed within budgetary constraints based on the expected work. The original prevailing opinion was that the stormwater drainage system required would be too expensive, but it we performed the testing and research necessary to prove it wasn’t. Once again our team found a solution that allowed safe development to continue while still being conscious of budget.
