The Pita Pit project began in 2014. Construction took place on 21st and Blaine. It was designed specifically to match the aesthetic of the Human Bean.
Construction required gaining approval from the city to cut down the curb to accommodate an entrance. There are three drive-throughs: double sided for Human Bean and one for Pita Pit. Despite the challenges associated, the end result is an aesthetically pleasing and fully functional Pita Pit location.
